equipment needed:chef’s knife, cutting board, medium whisk, medium stainless mixing bowl, serving platter
Ingredients:
juice of one fresh organic lemon
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp organic wildflower honey
½ bottle of fairwinds cannabis sriracha thc tincture (100mg thc per bottle)
4 tsp pot d’huile cannabis infused olive oil (1 tsp= 5mg thc + 5mg cbd)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp jacobsen sea salt flakes
½ tsp wild fennel pollen
½ tsp fresh cracked pepper
3½ lbs misc. organic garden grown heirloom tomatoes (sliced into ¼ to ½ inch thick slices)
1lb misc. organic heirloom cherry + grape tomatoes (cut in half)
½ cup organic basil leaves, the smaller ones
½ cup nasturtium leaves, the small to tiny ones the size of a dime or nickel
1 small fresh spicy red chili pepper (sliced super thin)
several pinches of jacobsen sea salt flakes
Directions:
-combine the first ten ingredients together in a stainless mixing bowl and with a whisk combine well…
-chill in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes… stir well before serving…
-arrange the large tomato slices on a serving platter, dump the smaller cherry tomato halves over the large slices…
-sprinkle the sliced chilis over the tomatoes and a ¼ of the basil and nasturtium leaves…
-stir to mix the dressing well, pour the dressing over the platter of tomatoes and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes…
-sprinkle the remaining basil leaves, nasturtium leaves + salt over the tomatoes and serve…
